Maximum safety with every opening
Sectional garage doors without ceiling tracks are standardly equipped with optical safety barriers integrated into the side columns up to a height of 1500 mm. When an obstacle is detected, the movement automatically stops and reverses. The system also includes finger pinch protection and cable break protection. The motor is tested for more than 100,000 operating cycles.
Frame calculation:
External frame width = opening width – 26 mm
External frame height = opening height – 25 mm
The system is also suitable for sloped ceilings, arches, and low beams.

The doors are made of two 40 mm thick sandwich panels composed of 0.5 mm pre-painted galvanized steel sheets, insulated with polyurethane foam with a density of 35–40 kg/m³ (CFC-free).
Thermal transmittance: up to U = 1.4 W/m²K.
The frame is made of 2 mm thick anthracite grey sheet metal (similar to RAL 7016).
A MADEIRA version is also available, made of 40 mm multilayer okoumé marine plywood with internal steel reinforcements.
